The Azienda Agricola situated at La Cedraia is the result of the enthusiasm and perseverance of the wine-maker Marco Cremonini, who with his brother Paolo have inherited by their father Carlo the affection for the house, and for the surrounding land property, recovering the vine-growing vocation of the estate lost in the early sixties.

The vineyard, located within the Gavi DOCG production area on the hills between Novi Ligure and Gavi, develops over a surface of about 3 hectares, half of which dedicated to vine growing.

The ancient house overlooking the vineyard is an excellent example of buildings (registered in the Regional Census of the historical earth constructions) adopting the rammed earth bearing walls technique (named ''pisè") dating the 17th century; it was recently refurbished in order to bring it back to its original magnificence, applying natural and ecologic restoration practices, such as "grassello" hydrated lime plaster and lime paints.
